Crashing

Hi, I just bough Heartwild Solitaire and every time I try to open it, the game crashes. I know you updated it and fixed it, but I bought it off Mac Games and I guess that one wasn't updated. Is there any way I can fix this, without having to rebuy the game?

I purchased this game from spin top. I have had it for over a year, and it had been working fine. Yesterday, I started getting "unhandled exception: wrong save file" message. Today, I deleted the game and went onto your web site to reinstall the game, but it didn't recognize the activation code. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks
