Blown away!

I am addicted to Solitaire gaming since many years; lack of space when a relaxing game of Solitaire is needed most, let me revert to the computerized versions.
What I had to deal with then though, were uninspired or childish variations that didn't transport the soothing feeling the real life cards always had on me. And now, I can't believe I overlooked this true gem of a game for so long. I stumbled upon Heartwild Solitaire by pure chance, and am truly blown away. A mature, beautiful, relaxing, artistic Solitaire game actually exists? I must be in heaven ;) Being male (so much for target audiences ;) ) I even enjoy the story, steamy and cheesy, the right mix for an inspiring evening in front of the computer screen. A shame that even on the internet advertising possibilities are limited- especially for a small company-, I'd bet good money that Heartwild Solitaire would have been a worldwide smash hit if more people would know about it. Glad I though finally found it. You did everything imagineable right with this game. Kudos! To say the least. Looking forward to hours of relaxing, mind-clearing fun- and soon Book Two of the series. Two questions before I close: Any plans (no matter how far at the horizon) for Book Three? And with such an artistic, beautiful game, why no downloadable wallpapers or other gimmicks on your website? :( I'd just love to enjoy some of the art outside of the game too- especially the breathtaking playing cards themselves. Keep up the groundbreaking work and thank you for this true treasure of a game series. |

Oh my, my... thanks a lot! :) Heartwild Solitaire was the first of our own games and we are very happy how this turned out. It was actually quite successful on casual portals, so we're happy with it :) Will there be Book Three? To be honest, we don't have any plans for this at the moment... Casual gaming nowadays seem to be mainly about hidden object games and other genres don't get much attention, so making a solitaire is a big risk. But... never say never, right? Who knows what the future brings...
> "And with such an artistic, beautiful game, why no downloadable wallpapers or other gimmicks on your website? :(" Ah yeah, we're a very small team so we try to focus on the games and usually there's not much time for anything else. But we've managed to make a couple dozens of free extra levels, so make sure to grab them too :) |
